In accordance with Kuwait’s Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

• Condition of Items: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or invoice is required.

For items purchased during promotional periods, the right to return or exchange remains valid, provided the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase are followed.
